Leading the kitchen is our new Head Chef and co-founder, Ian Ballantyne, who brings a lot of love and joy into the kitchen alongside a wealth of experience.
Ian, Luis & Hugo and the team are meticulously managing the kitchen and dining experience, to create a place that is simple, sharing, evolving. With close to 20 years’ experience in the industry the Cult team bring invaluable skills and knowledge to the table…ultimately, “it’s about building a community, having a positive impact on the local area and being a part of something different through food & drink…if we happen to put Willesden Junction on the foodie map, so be it!”
